Endowed with virtuous character, high intellect and proactive vision; he finds health as a subject that lies very close to his heart. Having taken Shakti Bhog Group of Industries to the pinnacle  in the field of FMCG, he thought that merely making healthy foods was not enough because the knowledge about how to remain healthy was as essential.

And that precisely is the reason he made a foray into electronic media (television industry) by conceptualizing SHAKTI TV – a Health and Lifestyle (healthy lifestyle) satellite channel in the year 2005.
